1. Can I refund a digital product once purchased?

Since digital products are products that can be downloaded, we have a strict no refund policy on our digital items. This helps to protect our business and ensure that we can give you the best possible products.

2. Do you offer advice on how to launch a business?

Good question. I don’t currently give professional advice (maybe in the future) but may be able to answer some light hearted questions. Please use the Contact Us page to send your question.

3. What other resources does The Education Bus Stop provide?

We have a YouTube page and teaching resources are sold on our TES shop page. These resources help teachers in the classroom, with our focus being children aged 5-11. However, our resources can also be used by Special Schools, those needing to catch up in Year 7 and for tuition sessions. As well as that, our Grammar videos and resources are perfect for those who may be learning English for the first time.

4. Do you offer training/coaching for teachers?

I have been a mentor for ECTs, trainee teachers and I have led a range of subjects (including Mathematics, Literacy and Humanities) during my time as a teaching professional. The nature of the coaching required, or the times for the training required, will be factored in when making the decision whether or not to take on clients.
